    The bike tour leads form Sölden over the glacier road until shortly before the toll station. At the lefthand side before the toll station leads an tarmac path continuing to the middle station (Gaislach) from there along a wide forest path the directly to the Heide Alm. The hiking path starts from the Heide Alm directly past the Gaislachsee up to the Gaislachkogl
