Around Acherkogel top station
Children and beginners will find the perfect terrain to warm up around Acherkogel’s top station. From here you can also access the intermediate slopes of Brunnenkopf with a permanent race track and the four signposted snowshoe trails.
Balbachtal side valley
Scenic Balbachtal is known for its wide, tree-free slopes at all difficulty levels. WIDI has also set up its fun park for freestylers here. There are varied ski routes and off-piste options in Balbachtal, as well as Austria's first igloo village.
Towards Ochsengarten
Beautiful forest paths of medium and high difficulty lead down to Ochsengarten, as does the ski theme trail “On the Trail of Forest Animals”. At the foot of the downhill stretch, directly at Balbach Wiesenlift, there is a snow playground, the skibus stop to Kühtai and the access point to the piste ski touring route.
