Fine Ötztal quality products – Treat yourself to regional delights! There's plenty of them in Ötztal. With a lot of commitment and awareness of nature, local farmers, food producers and direct marketers sell regional delicacies - from spicy cheese to crispy bread and high-quality spirits. All this can be purchased on farms, at farm shops and markets or directly from the producer. The initiative called “Eppas Guets” / “Something tasty” is an association of exactly these producers and is considered the valley’s own quality seal.

Something tasty
The Ötztal Nature Park and the Tirolean Environmental ombudsman office want to set an example with the “Eppas Guets” / “Something tasty” initiative and bring the rich variety of Ötztal specialties back home to the plate. Meat, fish and dairy products, eggs, honey, cereals, spirits and handmade delights from local farmers, producers and growers are marketed together as “Eppas Guets”. A quality feature with a clear regional focus.
