Route 1: The hike starts from the parking lot at the outskirts of Gries. Follow the meadows in the direction of "Vögelasbrücke". There you turn right after the first turns at the crossroads. The wide forest road leads partly through forest, finally through alpine meadows to the quaint Nisslalm.

Route 2: The trail starts directly from the town center. Via Fischbachbrücke you reach the accommodation "Tiroler Hütte". Here begins the very steep shortcut trail. It first leads through shady forest, then through alpine meadows to the Nisslalm.

Bronze relief section of the Ötztal Nature Park at the start of the trail: Here you can learn about the habitat "Wild Water" or the history of Gries.
