Every Friday at the weekly ramp sale there is not only the entire sölsch range including seasonal special editions and merchandise products, but also exclusive insights behind the brewery scene. With a freshly tapped tasting beer, the one-hour tour includes the brewhouse and fermenting cellar as well as the stylish gastronomic area. You will also learn everything you need to know about this regional top quality product - from mashing to bottling. What’s best, the master brewer himself will explain it to you. EH KLÅR!
