Directions: along B186 Ötztaler Bundesstraße for about 1.5 km - after the sharp bend to the right you turn right towards the hamlet of Brunau - follow Brunauer Straße - keep to the right again - you'll find our house to the left

Included: W-Lan, parking right at our guesthouse, bed linen, towels, heated ski/boots storage room (locked),
free use of BBQ facilities/grill, in-house bike rental (limited number of bikes/models). Children's high chair and child cot on request (for free)!
If you also book breakfast: We deliver a breakfast basket of fresh and regional products directly to your apartment.
Exclusive: resort tax

Other: You receive reduced tickets for the AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
