Our Appart Ruby is the IDEAL starting point for this. We are centrally located in Umhausen, surrounded by the Ötztal mountains. In the village there is a swimming lake, the Ötzi village with the bird of prey park and the Stuibenfall, the largest waterfall in Tyrol. A construction of paths and steps makes it possible to experience and walk through the Stuiben Falls up close. You can get particularly close to the "water dust" on the ion platform. There is a restaurant, bakery and bus stop nearby, from where you can easily reach your excursion destinations and hiking areas by bus. For "little adventurers" we recommend the Hochoetz family hiking area with the Widiversum.

Appart Ruby (approx. 68 m²) consists of a triple room, a double room, a living room with pull-out couch (sleeping possibility for the 6th person), fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) with dining area, satellite TV, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC. Arrival information
Check-In: from 4 p.m. /Check-Out: until 10.00 a.m.
Road: Follow the road B186 into the valley until Umhausen. Take the first entrance on the left after the Ötztal Sheep Wool Center and follow the road for approx 290 m. Our house is on the right hand side.
