Apart (approx. 60 m²) on 2 floor offers the following amenities: Ground-floor: a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (ceramic cooktop, baking oven, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.) with cozy dining area with corner seat, Flat-TV and a pull out sofa (for one more person) 1 single room, 1 double room (1,80 m) with table and seating option, wash basind and shower, toilet separat. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor: 1 double room with Box spring bed (1,60m) with furnished balcony, a new renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub. From the balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of our local mountain the Hahlkogel. (Please note that in the hallway on the upper floor the room height is only 1.85 m!)

Route: approx. 1.7 km after Längenfeld at the district Runhof - directly after the bus stop - turn right. We are the fourth house on the right side.
