Arrival information
Check-in: 2.00 pm / Check-out: 10.00 am Directions: Drive towards Umhausen in the central Ötztal valley - along the federal road (southwards) - turn left at "Hotel Johanna" - turn right at the underpass - continue for about 300 meters - our apartment can be found on the right (Achrainweg 1), parking area right in front of the house.

Exclusive: local tax; We spoil your with fresh, farm products: bread rolls, milk, yogurt on request - delivered to your apartment door every morning.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
