The apartment with its own entrance (via the south-facing balcony) consists of 1 double room, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed (sleeping possibility for the 3rd & 4th person) and dining area, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen (2-plate stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and much more) and 1 bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC. Enjoy the unique panorama of the Ötztal mountains on the furnished south-facing balcony. An additional highlight is the 2nd balcony facing east or west.

Arrival information
Check In: 3 p.m. / Check Out: 9.30 a.m.

Directions: Drive into the valley - turn right in front of the BP petrol station - turn right at the next intersection - continue straight ahead - go right in front of the bridge - straight ahead - go left at the last crossroads.

No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
