Arrival information

Check-in: from 3.00 pm either in person or via self check-in. We deposit the key card in our key box in the garage: the code to open the key box will be sent to you prior to arrival.
Check-out: between 8.00 am and 10.00 am (by prior arrangement)

Directions: Motorway A12 - exit Ötztal, continue in the direction of Ötztal - through the village of OETZ to the hamlet of HABICHEN - after Perberschlager apartments turn left and follow the road straight ahead for about 360 m – then turn left - after about 120 m: slightly again left - we are the second last house on the left

Included: WIFI, ski storage room, boot-dryer, towels, bed linen, 1 underground parking space per apartment, e-charging station for cars, bicycle storage room with charging option for e-bikes, heated ski and boot lockers, children's playroom and family-friendly amenities, elevator, shared washing machine & tumble dryer, child cot on request

Dogs are welcome in apartments on request and prior arrangement. We kindly ask all dog owners to note that dogs are not allowed in the beds, couches or on any other seating. Costs: € 25 per day/pet (without food); fresh bread delivery service available on request (costs according to consumption)

No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
