Our apartment house lies on the outskirts of the village and provides you with stunning views of the Ötztal Alps. A perfect base for long winter hikes and ideally situated for direct access to the cross-country trail.
Arrival information
Check-in: 03.00 p.m. / Check-out: 10 a.m. Directions: Approx. 2 km before you reach the main village of Längenfeld, turn right at the hamlets of Dorf/Espan -then turn immediately left. Continue straight ahead passing a fountain.

Exclusive: local tax
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
