Straight from your holiday home to the cross-country ski run! Just opposite you will find the access point of the 40 km network of Nordic trails within Längenfeld. The Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld spa center is approx. 3 km away and what's best, you get reduced admission tickets here at our guesthouse.

Arrival information
Check In: 4.00 p.m. / Check Out: 10.00 a.m.
Directions: B186 Ötztal federal road towards Längenfeld. At the first roundabout you take the first exit to the right. Follow the road for about 1.5 km - over the bridge. Turn left in Oberried and keep left for about 150 m. Our house can be found on the left side.

Deposit: EUR 150 in cash have to be paid per flat/stay on arrival, it is refunded in cash on departure if there are no damages.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
