The wide view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony and the wonderfully quiet location will immediately put you in holiday mood. In winter you can enjoy the 40 km network of cross-country ski trails, the entrance is only a few metres from the house. The free ski bus - the bus stop is right behind the house - takes you to the top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Ober- and Hochgurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area).

Directions: B 186 Ötztal federal road - approx. 2 km before you reach Längenfeld you turn right into the hamlet of DORF (after the hamlet of Au) - turn left at the chapel, straight ahead for about 300 m - 20 m before you reach the fork-off: LANDERSHOF is located on the right (house number 43)
