In winter you can enjoy the 40 km network of cross-country ski trails, the entrance is only a few metres from the house. The free ski bus - the bus stop is right behind the house - takes you to the top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Ober- and Hochgurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area).

Directions: B 186 Ötztal federal road - approx. 2 km before you reach Längenfeld you turn right into the hamlet of DORF (after the hamlet of Au) - turn left at the chapel, straight ahead for about 300 m - 20 m before you reach the fork-off: LANDERSHOF is located on the right (house number 43)
