Thanks to the fabulous hillside location and a private rooftop terrace, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ötztal mountains - promising also many hours of sunshine even in winter. Additionally, an outdoor sauna for sole use is available to our guests.

Arrival information
Check In: from 3.00 pm / Check Out: until 10.00 am
Directions: In the village of Oetz, you leave the roundabout at the end of the village in the direction of Kühtai (2nd exit) - follow the road uphill (for approx. 4 km) to the end of "Mühlau" - then follow the road on the right to “Schlatt”. Keep right at the "Stufenreich" junction and follow the road slightly downhill. Our house is located on the left side after approx. 300 meters.
