Umhausen is located roughly in the middle of the Ötztal at an altitude of 1,031 meters. Here the valley widens, and meadows and fields can expand. The easy round tour connects all the sights of the Umhausen region. Almost 140 meters in altitude are no problem, even for less trained bikers. The start is at the Mure car park in the center of Umhausen. Here you follow the Ötztal cycle path (No. 11) in the direction of Längenfeld. Through the village of Umhausen you gallop to the Ötztaler Ache, cross it and then turn right. Follow the forest road through the overgrown forest to the Leiersbach district. Past the houses, cross the Ötztaler Acher again and come to the football field. You cycle to the main road and you have to cross it and pass the two houses. Now things are looking up. However, soon you cycle right again in the direction of Umhausen and follow the cycle path to the starting point.
