Entry is at the Längenfeld sports center. At the beginning, the trail runs through the area of the swimming pool (biathlon possible) through meadows and a small forest to the mouth of the Ötztaler Ache. After crossing the bridge, the route leads towards Oberried. On the way back you pass the ice climbing course, back to the Ötztaler Ache and from there back to the starting point.
