Join us – how it works
To collect points, you first need a hiking pass. Either in classic paper form (available in all Ötztal Tourism Information offices) or conveniently in digital form via smartphone. Simply download the free Ötztal App, register and collect as many points as possible.
If you climb 3 stamp points you will receive the Ötztal Hiking Pin in BRONZE, if you climb 8 you will receive it in SILVER and if you climb 16 in GOLD. The pin is available free of charge in all Ötztal Tourism Information centers upon presentation of your hiking pass or digital stamp account. Special tip: come to Ötztal more often to top up your points each time!
Hiking pin Hochoetz
Bergbahnen Hochoetz mountain lifts reward you with a separate award. It's that easy: Put a stamp on the stamp card at the designated stamp sites. If the stamp card has at least four Hut Stamps you can exchange it for the coveted Hochoetz Hiking Pin at the mountain lift offices (fee: 2.50 Euros).
