A charming hike above Sölden awaits you on a narrow path through the forest. The path takes you past an idyllic playground, a historic chapel and a babbling brook.  The starting point is at the Infang/Gletscherstrasse "Stiegele" junction.

Experience a magical forest hike from "Stiegele" to the hamlet of Infang. Stroll through dense forest to the hamlet, pass the alpine huts and then return to the tranquillity of the forest. Enjoy the view of the chapel and the playground as you continue through the forest until you finally reach the hamlet of Infang again. You may spot a deer in this place or that if you are very quiet, or perhaps a squirrel.

The treasure hunt is ideal for children as it doesn't take too long and also offers a playground. How does the treasure hunt work? There are five small treasures, also known as caches, on the marked route. A riddle or clue is hidden in each cache. Note these clues/solutions on your treasure map, write them down on a piece of paper or keep them in your memory. If you put all five clues together, you will get the solution word. With this solution word you can pick up a small gift (for children up to the age of 16) at the information desk in Sölden. The tour is also possible in winter, depending on the snow conditions. Please note, however, that the caches lie under the snow and are difficult to find. These are special hiding places, such as small tubes or boxes. Please make sure that everything is well hidden again.

    Safety information

Please stay on the path, leave the anthills untouched and walk quietly through the forest.

    Turn-by-turn directions

The starting point is the Gletscherstraße/Infang junction, at the so-called "Stiegele". From there, walk a short distance along the road until you come to a large parking lot, turn left into the forest and walk through the forest. You can find the first treasure just after the turn-off into the forest. Almost at the end of the forest there is a small house and then several houses. Before you leave the forest path, however, you can find a slightly overgrown forest dweller. It is guarding the second treasure of the round.Take a look above you. There you can see a large spider's web. What's sitting there?

At the end of the path, turn back onto a small road, pass a stable, two houses and the Almdorf. Walk back across the meadow towards the forest to the chapel and the playground. Here you can rest on a bench or search for the third treasure. Can you hear the birds singing yet? Once you have found everything, continue through the forest. Always keep to the right-hand path and don't deviate to the left, because. The paths often fork here. You walk into the forest below the chapel, keeping to the right on the wider forest path, so that you then follow the now somewhat narrower path above the meadow. At the end of the meadow, you come back into the somewhat denser forest. A narrow forest path leads you a short distance through this forest. The lumberjack has done a great job here and there. At the end you come to a wider hiking trail. At this junction, look for the fourth treasure. Then follow the path upwards. Here you walk past the "golden stream". At the end of the path is a wide forest road. Turn right here and follow this wide forest road for a short distance. Shortly before the end of the road, you have to turn into the forest again. A sign "Infangerrunde" should point you in the right direction. Don't miss the fifth treasure as you enter the forest. Note the anthills, they are often found here but do not hide any treasure. After you have found the treasure, walk back through the forest on a small forest path towards the starting point. You have to cross a small bridge and at the end you are back above the houses. You can walk back across the road into the forest, where the large spider's web was.
