In the event of dangerous conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour at short notice for safety reasons, to cancel a tour at any time or to choose an alternative tour.
Basically, all events can only be held if the specified minimum number of participants is met. In contrary case, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract by 8 a.m. the day before the event starts.
