Historical hike to the Rofenhöfe
Description
We visit the parish church and the mountaineering chapel in Vent. We then hike into the valley. We pass a Stone Age hunter's camp. We continue over the spectacular suspension bridge to the Rofenhöfe farms. These were first mentioned in documents in the 13th century. Continue to the Rofen-Alm. On the way back, we have the opportunity to stop for refreshments at the Rofenhof mountain inn. Afterwards, a short tour of Rofen with a visit to the beautiful chapel.
