Course Description

Participants will start in the center of Umhausen at an altitude of 1,036 m. The waterfall plays a central role here, accompanying the athletes along the path up to Niederthai. After passing the first aid station and reaching Niederthai, the route continues over Rauhen Bichl towards Höfle and Bichl to the highest point of the course. The subsequent downhill leads over the Höhenweg onto the trail towards the Sattele. The final section of the race takes participants past the third aid station, along the Steppsteig, towards the village center and the finish line.
