Stuiben Trail - 24K

After the start of this challenging trail run in the center of Umhausen, participants follow the waterway path to the foot of the Stuiben Falls, where 728 natural and steel steps await, set against a stunning backdrop.

Passing the first refreshment station and arriving in Niederthai, there is some time to recover before the first highlight of the course: a steady steep ascent over the Rauhen Bichl toward the Narrenkogel. Upon reaching the Narrenkogel, runners can enjoy the panoramic view before descending on a challenging single trail across the mountain meadows. Here, there is an opportunity to refuel at another refreshment station before running from Grastal back to Niederthai.

Upon returning to Niederthai, participants cross the Rauhen Bichl again, heading toward Höfle and Bichl to the next refreshment station. The last reserves are tapped during the downhill stretch back to Umhausen and along the final section via the Steppsteig until reaching the finish line in the village center.
