Wake Opening

With the WAKE Opening 2024 powered by X-Wake at AREA 47, the ‘Wakeboard und Freestylesport Tirol’ association is ringing in the wakeboarding year 2024 and invites you to the ‘get together’ this weekend. The focus is on the reunion and the joint start to the new season, and with our obstacles we also offer a perfect setup for the first contest. Surrounded by a test festival, X-Wake boards, bindings & co. can be tested and compared directly on site during the event weekend. On the days before and after the contest, visitors can test the goods free of charge. This weekend offers plenty of excitement and entertainment. If you don't want to venture onto the water yourself, you can marvel at the pros over a cosy coffee in the Wake Café or test your balance on the slackline.
