Our newly built, top quality equipped chalet covers approx. 100 m².
Ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven; Cremesso coffee machine, dishwasher incl. tabs and detergent, etc.) with adjoining living and dining area including pull-out sofa bed for 2 people + satellite TV; 1 bathroom with shower/WC; direct access to the furnished terrace.
Upper floor: 2 separate double rooms with box spring beds and satellite TV - each with shower/WC; Allergy-friendly equipment (no fitted carpets); the bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer and shower gel.

Check In: from 3.00 pm / Check Out: until 10.00 am
Directions: Coming from the B186 federal road, you drive through the village of Oetz and leave the roundabout towards Sölden - after approx. 800 meters you will reach the hamlet of Habichen - shortly after Gasthof Perberschlager (inn) you turn left and follow the road for approx. 230 m - turn left and turn again after approx. 130 m - after another 100 m there is the entrance to Alp Apart Chalets on the left side.
