Arrival information
Check-In: from 4 p.m. /Check-Out: until 10 a.m.
Directions: Ötztal federal road in the direction of Umhausen – turn left at the Kapferer car dealer and turn right at the next crossing towards Niederthai. Follow the mountain road for about 7 km. In Niederthai turn right after the info office, after approx. 290 m turn left by the Falknerhof. We are the second house on the right

Deposit: EUR 100,00 per apartment to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
