In winter, you reach the giant Sölden ski area in 10 minutes - the skibus (free service) stop is right in front of our house. Bakery and Nordic skiing trail access within easy walking distance from our house. In summer we make a perfect starting point for walks, hikes and climbing tours or an exciting exploration of the Timmelsjoch high Alpine pass road.

Arrival information
Sustainable travel tip: Via daily international direct train connections to Ötztal-Bahnhof from there directly by bus every half hour to the bus stop Längenfeld Huben Feuerwehr.
