Welcome to our lovely apartment house. Sunny location, right next to the ski lift and cross-country skiing trails. Individual living at its best. Relaxing ambience in our comfortable appartements sleeping 2-6 people. Ski-bus stop at about 5 minutes from our house.
Arrival information
Check-in: 4 p.m. / Check-out: 10 a.m. Route: Turn left at the first roundabout. Follow the beautiful and well kept mountain road to Gries. Through the village, right next to the skilift.

Including: Sauna twice a week
Exclusive of: local tax, sunbed € 10,00 / 15 minutes
Other: You receive reduced tickets for the AQUA DOME - the Tirol Therme Längenfeld.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
