Our house is located between Längenfeld and Sölden, only about 5 km away from the Sölden ski area, and can be easily reached by ski bus. In summer, the Ötztal bike path runs right past the house. You are welcome to use our garden with sun loungers and barbecue area. Our pets (rabbits, dwarf goats, hens, and our dog Senta) will be happy to receive extra affection. Längenfeld, with its numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, hiking and climbing routes, and the AQUA DOME thermal spa, is about 8 km away. Next to our house is the Ötztal Riding School.

Check-In: from 16:00 / Check-Out: until 09:00

Arrival: In Längenfeld, take the 3rd exit at the 2nd roundabout. Continue inward (towards Sölden) for about 7 km. Please turn left at the Aschbach district. Keep to the right at the junction. You will find us in the 3rd house.
