Our holiday house (covering approx. 210 m²) has the following amenities.
On the ground floor: comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, coffee machine, electric kettle and a lot more) with corner seating area, wooden Tirolean parlor with tiled stove and TV, spacious common room with additional refrigerator, 1 double room and 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC.
On the mezzanine: 1 double room, 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC and a separate WC.
On the first floor: 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms incl. shower/WC and 1 bathroom incl. shower. The washing machine can be used free of charge. Enjoy unforgettable hours on the furnished terrace and in the unique garden.

route: through Längenfeld towards Sölden - after approx. 4 km: turn right into Huben - follow the road to the village center for approx 590 m - turn right after Pizzeria Rustika - follow the road for approx. 105 m. Berghaus Praxmarer is on the left hand side
