"Moritz" Apartment (170 m²): ample holiday apartment suitable for groups up to 12 people or big families. On the ground floor: box room, cozy stone pine parlor (common room) with tiled stove and homey bench, several tables and chairs, one kitchen with seating corner, 2 washbasins, 2 fridges, electric cooker, oven and coffee maker. On the first and second floor: 5 bedrooms with satellite TV, some rooms feature also extra beds / travel child cot - each room with private bathroom (shower/WC). Several balconies. Can be connected with "Nico" apartment (in the annex) which is accessible via the balcony on the first floor.

Directions: B186 Ötztal federal road until you reach the signpost AU - opposite the hotel Bergwelt you turn right in direction Winklen/Unterried - follow the road to the junction Unterried - then turn right to Unterried and left again. Our holiday house can be found at about 200 m (on the left).
