Our modern, hillside house "Apart Andrea" is located approx. 2.5 km above Längenfeld on the sunny Burgstein plateau. Relax and take a deep breath in the great outdoors with a marvellous panoramic view of the Ötztal mountains. Numerous hiking and mountain tours start right on our doorstep. You can reach our house via a narrow, challenging mountain road, which in winter is only passable with winter tyres and in wintry conditions with snow chains. During the winter season (mid/end of December to Easter) you are also welcome to use the free taxi (journey time 3 times a day). In winter, the top ski and cross-country skiing centres of the Ötztal (Sölden, Gurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area) can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car or with the free ski bus (5 minutes' walk), or enjoy the Aqua-Dome, the Tirol Therme (10 minutes' drive from the house and with reduced admission) in Längenfeld.

Modern, comfortably equipped apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the ground floor with private entrance: 1 entrance hall, 1 bright and sunny double room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate WC, 1 spacious kitchen-cum-living room (ceramic cooktop, baking oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee-machine with tabs – a starter set is included, toaster, refrigerator/freezer etc.) with sitting area, flat-screen TV and living area. The couch in the living area can be used as sofa bed for 3rd/4th person.

Arrival information
Check-in: from approx. 2 p.m. / Check-out: until 10 a.m.

Directions: approx. 2 km after Längenfeld turn left at the hamlet of Runhof - follow the mountain road - that is only passable with winter tires and with snow chains in wintry conditions - to Burgstein for approx. 2.5 km. You are also welcome to use the free taxi (service available 3 times a day) during the winter season (mid/end of December to Easter). After the first houses you cross the bridge - follow the road and turn right at Hotel Burgstein - continue on the road again. Apart Andrea can be found behind a sharp bend above the road, on the right.
