The building is the former Gasthaus Auenstein from the 1960s. The Oetzerau district is approx. 3 km from Oetz, the house is located directly on the road towards Kühtai at approx. 1000 m above sea level. The apartment is on the 2nd floor facing west, 9 m above the road. The Hochoetz skiing and hiking region is quite near. You can also start on foot or by mountain bike directly from here. In winter, the ski bus stops just a few meters from us and takes you down to Oetz or up to Ochsengarten/Kühtai to the ski areas. The guest terrace, with barbecue facilities (American smoker grill or fire bowl) as well as a non-smoking common room, a covered wine arbor with couch and green areas are available.

The TOP 5 apartment is located in the old building, which was rebuilt in 1999. The substance is unchanged, i.e. poorly soundproofed, uninsulated exterior walls, no modern apartment entrance door.
Food and chilled drinks for a first simple pasta-based dinner are included and in stock.
