The new apartment (approx. 90 m²) has the following amenities: 2 double rooms, one fully equipped kichten (ceramic-cooktop, baking oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster etc.) with dining area, a living room with flat-TV (Sat), couch and one more sleeping couch (for the 5th and 6th person), a bathroom with shower and bathtub/WC, corridor with cloakroom and a small sitting-area. You can access the furnished balconies from the two double rooms and the living room.

Arrival information
Check-In: from 3 p.m., Check-Out: until 10 a.m.
Route:
At the end of Umhausen after the Kapferer car dealership turn left - after approx. 200 m turn right towards Niederthai - follow the mountain road for approx. 7,5 km. In Niederthai follow the road to Ötztal Tourismus/Information Niederthai there left over the bridge. We are the first house on the left.
