Our house is located on the sunny high plateau Niederthai at 1550 metres above sea level and is the perfect starting point for your adventures and at the same time invites you to relax. Right next door is our café - where our guests are spoilt with homemade cakes and Tyrolean cuisine - our Niederthai ski school and our Grüner sports shop. The latter offers a wide range of sports equipment for various activities (skiing, cross-country skiing, e-bikes and much more).

Arrival information
Check in: from 2 p.m. | Check out: until 10 p.m.
Route: At the end of Umhausen after the Kapferer car dealership turn left - after approx. 200 m turn right towards Niederthai - follow the mountain road for approx. 7,5 km. In Niederthai follow the road to Ötztal Tourismus/information Niederthai turn right there. After approx. 560 m you will find our house.
