Our cozy Studio Malve is located away from the hustle and bustle in Sautens, the gateway to the Ötztal and offers an ideal base for outdoor activities of all kinds. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach Area 47, which is considered the largest of its kind in Austria. Our little guests can let off steam in the magic forest. For adults, there is a high ropes course, a bakery, restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. The family-friendly hiking and skiing area Hochoetz is only 5 km away and can be easily reached with the free ski bus.
