Our holiday home is about 200 m above the center of Längenfeld in the hamlet of Burgstein at an altitude of 1500 meters. The container house was built from 14 modular containers and stands on 4 concrete pillars high up on the sun-kissed plateau. Large windows and open construction design with all around balcony open up great vistas and uninterrupted views of the surrounding peaks higher than 3000 meters. The free skibus takes you to the top ski areas within Ötztal. All hiking trails start right on your front door and the suspension bridge is about 15 walking minutes from our holiday home.

The holiday home features three double rooms, a large kitchen-cum-living room (electric cooktop, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, etc.), a bathroom incl. shower/WC, a separate WC and a fitness station. Wind down on our large balcony with two sitting areas and in the spacious garden with barefoot trail and beach chair. Size: approx. 166 m²

Arrival information
Directions: about 1,7 km after Längenfeld turn left at the hamlet of Runhof - follow the mountain road to Burgstein for approx. 2,3 km. After the first houses you cross the bridge - follow the road until Hotel Burgstein alpin & lifestyle. Before you reach the hotel you will find the drive on the left hand side. You will see the white garage door. On the street you will see a blue information sign with the number 403.

Exclusive of: resort tax
Deposit: EUR 250,00 to be be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
