The holiday home (approx. 130 m²) is equipped as follows: on the ground floor there is a cosy living room with an inviting living and seating area as well as a tiled stove, which provides cosy warmth and is ideal for unforgettable hours with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, additional cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) with integrated dining area invites you to cook and linger. Also on the ground floor there is a double room, a bedroom with separate beds, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC. On the upper floor there is a further double room, a double room with a double bed (1.60 m) and a bathroom with bath and shower and a WC. The furnished balcony offers a marvellous view of the unique mountain panorama of the Ötztal Alps, while the private garden is a quiet oasis for relaxing and lingering.

Directions: Ötztal federal road towards Längenfeld - hamlet of Au. follow the main road for about 250 m, then turn right - our guesthouse can be found on the left side after approx. 60 m.

Exclusive of: resort tax
Deposit: a security deposit of 300 EUR per stay in cash must be paid on arrival - it will be refunded in cash on departure if the apartment is clean and there are no damages.
