Scenic Haus im Giessen is located in Habichen – a hamlet of Oetz. The base station of Acherkogel Mountain Gondola can be reached in a few minutes with the free skibus shuttle. The skibus stop is only a few meters from our guesthouse. The lift ticket for Hochoetz is also valid in the Kühtai ski area!
Even in winter there are many hiking options in Oetz and its surrounding area.

Directions: through Oetz (in direction Sölden) - Habichen is the next hamlet - turn into the second road on the left - continue parallel to the main road, straight ahead for 150 m - large parking area in front of the ground floor.
