Pure holiday enjoyment in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope and the toboggan run right outside the door. You can purchase fresh milk and butter and possibly meat from the local farmer. Fresh bread and rolls are delivered directly to the house by the baker.

Holiday home
Your spacious, inexpensive holiday house covers floors and has approx. 500 m².
It consists of 13 rooms, 4 lounge parlors and a total of 64 guest beds.
Your group should include at least 30+ people as up to 64 people can be accommodated in the 13 spacious, bright and light-flooded bedrooms. A further 24 beds are available on request on the attic floor. All rooms feature 2 to 6 beds and each room has a balcony and a washbasin.
There are two WCs and three shower facilities on each floor. The basement features a room with group shower for four people.
A professional and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and a large dining room with 70 seats and bar counter complete this splendid self-catering house. A further 64 seats with 8 garden table sets can be used on request outdoors.

Direction: Our house is located in Niederthai, 7 km from Umhausen. In Niederthai turn right at the sawmill and follow the road until you reach the soccer field. Turn right again, go straight on, then turn left at the next crossing into the forest and follow the gravel road for about 700 m.
