In summer, the hiking area is right outside the front door. In winter, we our shuttle bus takes you to the skibus stops in the valley: from there shuttles are running to the Hochoetz family ski area or Sölden.

Follow the main road in the direction of Längenfeld- approx. 3 km after Umhausen you turn right at the fork to KÖFELS - then follow the mountain road to Köfels (about 3km)-to our little mountain village Köfels. Our house is located on the slope on the left side.
IN WINTER snow chains for the road to Köfels have to be carried along at all times!

Including: free Shuttlebus to the bus stops in the valley, bike rental, sunbathing area with seat possibilities and deck chairs, children's playground, infrared cabin, ski- and drying room
Exclusive: local tax, shuttlebus to/from the trainstation/airport - price to be agreed, pets on request and for a fee (except our family rooms - no pets are allowed here).
Other: We are Partners of AQUA DOME - Thermal Spa Resort Längenfeld, Ötzi Village and Birds of Prey Park Umhausen. You receive reduced tickets.
As a partner of ÖTZTAL NATURE PARK you can enjoy free hiking tours in summer and winter.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
