Arrival information
Check-in from 2 pm / Check-out until 10 am Directions: at the roundabout in Oetz you take the last exit towards Kühtai - follow the rising road to Oetzerau - you reach our house after a few kilometers on the left side.

Local tax until 31.10.2025: EUR 4.00 | from 1.11.2025: EUR 5.00 per person and night.
No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
