In the private Adler Chalet with approx. 120 m², contemporary design meets alpine flair. The chalet has a spacious, fully equipped and high-quality kitchen-cum-living room (electric kitchen stove with 4 cooktops, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle etc.) large divan, TV and free-hanging seating basket. 2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom (shower/WC), 1 large master bedroom with a separate bathroom (bath/shower and WC) and 1 separate WC. For an occupancy of 7 persons or more, another double room is available on the lower ground floor.
The generous window fronts of the chalet, the balcony and the terrace with its own furnished garden open up a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ötztal Alps.

Arrival information
Check-In: from 4 p.m. / Check-Out: until 9 a.m.
Please let us know your arrival time in advance. The key will be deposited in the key safe and after receipt of the total amount we will send the code for the front door.
Route: Approx. 900 m after the town center of Längenfeld turn right into the hamlet of Astlehn - follow the road, turn left, over the bridge, keep right and follow the road for approx 190 m. Turn left before the chapel and follow the way for approx. 130 m.

Included: wlan, bed linen, towels, three parking spaces, ski storage room, ski boot dryer, babies on request (baby equipment such as baby cot, baby towel, high chair in the kitchen, changing table included on request).

Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 4,00 per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
