"Der Brand" is located about 200 altitude meters above Längenfeld and is not only known among locals as one of the most fabulous vantage points within Ötztal.
Our farm and the snack station have been family-owned since 1996 and are now run by the second generation. As an organic farm, we want to do our farm work with a clear conscience, which is why it was particularly important to us to build our apartments ecologically and sustainably. The new building and the furnishings are characterized by local wood, environmentally friendly raw materials and thrive on creative upcycling.

Apartment Alpenrose
The NEW apartment Alpenrose (approx. 60 m²) with an one entrance extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room (ceran stove with 4 cooktops, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, sodastream etc.) with a panel of arolla pine, flat screen, stove with cozy couch. On the first floor you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and WC, sauna, four poster bed and furnished balcony. Enjoy the furnished terrace and balcony with breathtaking mountain view.

Check-In: from 7.30 to 11.00 a.m and from 4.30 to 7 p.m/ Check-Out: until 11 a.m
Directions: From the center of Längenfeld you can only reach us via a forst road (approx. 1,8 km). In winter, an all-wheel drive vehicle is required, and snow chains must also be carried.
Arrival and departure transfer is possible.
(outside these times we can organize a local taxi for a fee)

No resort tax is charged for children and teenagers who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
