Directions: B 186 Ötztal federal road to Umhausen - second access road to the village on the left (Autohaus Kapferer) - turn right in direction Niederthai - 7 km long rising to Niederthai - past the church until you reach the Information - turn right, follow the road past Hotel Falknerhof and Gasthof Alpina - after about 200 m you'll find our house with a fountain on the right.
