Mr. Mag. Bachnetzer has conducted scientific archaeological research at the lime kilns of the Tschirgant rockslide.

As an expert, he will guide us through parts of the Forchet to visit some of these lime kilns, explaining their significance for cultural development and the geological conditions necessary for this historically important technique.

At the same time, we hope to enjoy the blooming of the heather during our hike.
There is one steeper section along the route, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear and gear. However, the majority of the trail follows a standard hiking path.

Participation in the hike is free for club members.
Non-members are always welcome and kindly asked to contribute a small fee of €5.
Children participate for free.
