WIDI Cross race

In cooperation with the Hochoetz Cable Cars and Ötztal Tourism, the USV Ski Club Oetz is hosting the WIDI Cross Race for young, enthusiastic ski racers.

Categories:

• Children in classes K8 - K12 are eligible to participate.

Course Details:

• Location: Bielefeldhang (Piste 1, Brunnenkopf South)
• Start Elevation: 2160 m | Finish Elevation: 1980 m
• Vertical Drop: 180 m
• Approximately 28-30 gates, with a combination of snowboard gates for the slalom section and steep turns, waves, a WIDI-S curve, and a jump for the giant slalom section.

Race Day Information:

• Number Pickup Sunday, from 08:00 AM at the Acherkogelbahn valley station.
• Lift Pass is available for purchase during number pickup. Discounted rates for all participants and supervisors.
• The Tirol Regiocard and Tirol Snowcard are valid!

Start:

• Snowboard 10:00 am
• Ski 10:30 am

Awards Ceremony:

• Approximately 60 minutes after the race ends, at the Panorama Restaurant in Hochoetz.

Additional Information:

• Each participant will receive a starter pack at number pickup.
• Prizes for places 1 to 5 include valuable WIDI trophies, and WIDI medals will be awarded for places 6 to 10. We are proud to have Steintec as a sponsor and partner!
• The overall male and female winners will each receive a pair of skis and will be featured on the winners' board!
