Finally winter! No matter if you spend your holiday on the slopes or away from the groomed trails. Here we list all the important things that you must not forget when packing. Depending on individual preferences and needs, one or the other item may be added or omitted.

What needs to be in the suitcase?

This is certainly the largest part of the winter holiday packing list! Depending on the weather, you should take enough clothing with you to dress in an “onion look” = several layers. On the one hand, it keeps you warm on cold days and in warmer temperatures, one or more layers can be omitted if necessary. You will also find hygiene articles listed here.

What needs to be in the handbag / backpack

Important documents and valuable items should always be at hand, even during the journey and on arrival.

Documents: passports, driver's license, roadside recovery insurance, insurance policy
Travel documents: booking confirmation, hotel address
Mobile phone & charger
Photo camera incl. memory card & charger
